Rita Moreno is one of the few who have won a Tony, Oscar, Grammy and Emmy. She won a Tony Award in 1975 for The Ritz and the 1961 Academy Award for West Side Story. She won the 1972 Grammy Award for Best Recording for Children (The Electric Company). In 1977, she won an Emmy Award for her appearance on The Muppet Show, followed by another for The Rockford Files the following year. Moreno also provided the voice for the title character on the PBS series, Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego? and starred as Sister Peter Marie Reimondo on the HBO prison drama, Oz.
