Rusty Oppenheimer (b.1948) plays the drums for The 1910 Fruitgum Company (formed in 1965 as Jekyll and The Hydes in New Jersey), an American bubble gum pop band of the 1960's, performing the novelty songs, "Simon Says," "May I Take A Giant Step," "1, 2, 3, Red Light," "Goody Goody Gumdrops," "Indian Giver," "Special Delivery," and "The Train." Their hits "Indian Giver" and "1,2,3 Red Light," sold over a million copies, and their most popular single--"Simon Says"--sold over three million copies, going gold.
