Biography
Shirley Booth (1909-1992) won an Oscar for Come Back Little Sheba (1953) and three Tonys for Goodbye, My Fancy (1949), Come Back Little Sheba (1950) and Time of the Cuckoo (1953). She did a number of other films, but is best remembered as the maid Hazel in the TV series Hazel (1961-1966), for which she won two Emmys.
