Biography
WILLIAM ALLYN (1927-1999) was originally a stage actor, playing opposite such stars as Brando and Julie Harris. Switching to television production, he oversaw nearly 350 episodes of Peyton Place (1964-1969). His first TV movie, The Last Child was released in 1971, followed a decade later by his first large screen film, Rich and Famous.
