Biography
William Shockley (1910-1989), a London-born American physicist, gained notoriety for claiming that Blacks were "genetically inferior", and for proposing a sperm bank in which sperm from Nobel Laureates would be preserved to inseminate intelligent women to create exceptionally bright children.
