Biography
William Le Queux (1864-1927) was a journalist, writer, and diplomat who published fiction and nonfiction works in prolific fashion. His novels include The Great War in England in 1897 (1894)and The Invasion of 1910 (1906), both fictional books that are part of a genre called invasion literature. His anti-German sentiments before WWI and calls to build up the military in preparation for an invasion are a theme throughout many of his works
