ink. B/w, 6¼x9¼, printed on cardstock . Scottish auto-racing driver Stewart,
born John Young Stewart in 1939, started in 99 races, and won 27 world
championship races between 1965 and 1973, a record until surpassed by Alain
Prost in 1987. Stewart was world champion in 1969, 1971 and 1973. He
retired at the end of 1973, and took up a career in broadcasting. Since 1996 he
has been chairman of Stewart Grand Prix. He received a knighthood in
2001. Lightly creased. Signature has low contrast but is
legible. Tape remnants in corners. Otherwise in fine
condition.
