In full: "Thank you so much for your most kindly letter. I was fascinated to read the Agent A-305 story and, who knows, one day somebody may attempt to make it into a film. However, I regret that I personally will not be able to become involved because, as I mentioned in my previous letter, I am totally committed for the next three years. Nevertheless, I would like to wish you every possible success with the project." British actor Attenborough (1923-2014), knighted in 1976, has been equally praised as an actor and director. Acclaimed acting roles include Brighton Rock (1947), The Great Escape (1963), The Sand Pebbles (1966), Jurassic Park (1993) and Elizabeth (1998). Directorial successes include A Bridge Too Far (1977), Gandhi (1982), Cry Freedom (1987) and Shadowlands (1993). He is the brother of naturalist David Attenborough. Fold creases not near signature.
