initiation fee receipt carbon copy stapled at top edge. Sept. 13, 1960.

Artists. Haney, born in 1943, has assistant choreographer credits on
three Mitzi Gaynor TV specials: Mitzi... The First Time (1973),
Mitzi... A Tribute to the American Housewife (1974) and Mitzi and a
Hundred Guys. She also appeared as an actress in 6 movies and TV shows,
including 1978's Mitzi... What's Hot, What's Not. Lightly toned and
creased. Receipt has light tear in left edge and carbon copy marks and was
folded once and unfolded. Otherwise in fine condition.
