1935) is a television and film actor, best known as the character Deputy
Enos Strate from The Dukes of Hazard franchise. His first role was
in the 1973 film Payday, and would appear in several more films in
the 1970's, including The Longest Yard (1974), The Lincoln
Conspiracy (1977), and They Went That-A-Way & That-A-Way (1978).
It wasn't until landing the role of Enos in the television series The
Dukes of Hazzard (1979) that Shroyer saw critical success, with the role
being his biggest throughout his career. The character even landed his own short
lived spin off, Enos (1980). Corners slightly worn and creased.
