Republican Edward Spencer Abraham (b.1952) served as the 10th United States Secretary of energy under President George Bush from 2001-2005. A native of Lansing, Michigan, Abraham previously held seat in the United States Senate from 1995 until 2001. He is one of the founders of the Federalist Society and a co-founder of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He unsuccessfully ran as "the ambassador to official Washington" to Fred Thompson in his 2007 presidential campaign. Signature bleeds through on verso. Stray ink marks at top left corner.
