Showbill signed: "Christine Ebersole", "Delta/Burke", "Lily Rabe", "Marsha Mason", "Frances Sternhagen", "Rebecca Gayheart", in blue felt tip, 79 pages, 5¼x8½. Playbill for a production of Steel Magnolias at the Lyceum Theatre in New York. CHRISTINE EBERSOLE (b. 1953) is a Tony Award winning actress of stage and film, with a career spanning almost 40 years. Her first Broadway play was as a replacement in Angel Street (1975), but she would go on to star in several plays, including Camelot (1980), Getting Away With Murder (1996), and 42nd Street (2001). Beyond stage, Ebersole has acted in over 60 film and screen titles, most notably appearing as Katerina Cavalieri in the 1984 movie Amadeus. She still continues to act today, with a reoccurring role in the television series Sullivan and Son (2012). DELTA BURKE (b. 1956) was the youngest winner ever of the Miss Florida pageant at age 17. She became a household name as the persnickety, ex-beauty queen Suzanne Sugarbaker on the Bloodworth-Thomason hit TV show Designing Women. In 1992, Burke went on to star in her own series Delta and again teamed up with Bloodworth-Thomason in Women of the House in 1995. Burke has continued to make guest appearances on various TV shows. A youthful model, REBECCA GAYHEART (b. 1971) was "the Noxzema Girl", but advertising offers dried up after she accidentally killed a nine-year-old boy in a car accident (1991) and was placed on probation. Gayheart's TV roles have included Beverly Hills 90210 (1995), the miniseries Invasion (1997) and Dead Like Me (2003). She has been featured in such films as Urban Legend (1998), Jawbreaker (1999) and Pipe Dream (2002). LILY RABE (b. 1982) is an actress of stage and film, most known for her role in the FX television series American Horror Story (2011). Rabe's film career is still young, only having her first credited screen appearance in 2001 with the movie Never Again. Her first major role was as Anelle in the stage revival of Steel Magnolias (2005). She would continue to have more minor roles on screen, until landing the role of Sister Mary Eunice McKee and Nora Montgomery in American Horror Story. Most recently, she has worked on the movie Beyond Redemption (2012). A stage actress of the 1960s and 1970s, the movie fame of MARSHA MASON (b. 1942) soared when she received four Oscar nominations in a brief span of years (Cinderella Liberty, 1973; The Goodbye Girl, 1977; Chapter Two, 1979; and Only When I Laugh, 1981). Her husband at the time, playwright Neil Simon, wrote the latter three. Mason has also appeared on television and in the movies Stella (1990) and I Love Trouble (1994). In 1997, Mason became a semi-regular on the popular NBC sitcom Frasier, playing the love interest of Kelsey Grammar's father, John Mahoney. Stage, screen and teleivision actress FRANCES STERNHAGEN (b. 1930) won Tony Awards for The Good Doctor (1974) and The Heiress (1995), and she was nominated for five additional Tonys (The Sign in Sidney Brustein's Window, 1972; Equus, 1975; Angel, 1978; On Golden Pond, 1979; and, Morning's at Seven, 2002). Like many stage actresses, she has found roles in several daytime TV dramas (Love of Life, One Life to Live, The Secret Storm). Sternhagen, who has made recurring guest appearances on such popular series as Cheers (as Esther Clavin, 1985-1993), ER (as Millicent Carter, 1997-2003) and Sex and the City (as Bunny, 2000-2002), has also made a number of feature films.
