Partly Printed Document Signed: "Jane S. Fonda", "Don Sutherland", "John Savage", "Peter Boyle", "Al Myerson", "Tony Bill" (three times), "Nancy McArdle", "Al Goelz", "Bob Green", "R. Meindarus" and "Jack Wilson", 1p, 13¼x8½. Oakland, California, circa 1971. Meal Allowance form used on location during the filming of the 1973 film, Steelyard Blues. The total amount for the meals was $63.00. Also signed by a "Location Man" under approved. This film was a caper comedy in which an ex-con (DONALD SUTHERLAND) and his call-girl friend (JANE FONDA) are an embarrassment to his brother, the District Attorney (JOHN SAVAGE). PETER BOYLE played Eagle. ALAN MYERSON was the film's director. TONY BILL was the producer (Sutherland was also a co-producer). NANCY McARDLE was in wardrobe, R. MEINARDUS was an assistant cameraman, JACK WILSON was an electrician, BOB GREEN was a driver and AL GOELZ is listed as "Gen" under Department. Brill signed for Michael and Julia Phillips, who are listed as producers. Lightly creased with mid-vertical fold. Slightly soiled. Staple holes at upper left blank margin. Overall, fine condition, with large, bold signature of Fonda.
