STOCKARD CHANNING
The Emmy Award winning actress is shown from the chest up in this black and white photograph.
Photograph signed: "Stockard Channing", B/w 8x10. In 1973, Channing starred in the TV black comedy The Girl Most Likely To.... Her first major film role came two years later when she starred in The Fortune. In 1978, Channing played one of her most memorable parts, that of tough gal Rizzo in the retro-musical Grease. Around the same time, she starred in two similar and short-lived sitcoms: Stockard Channing in Just Friends and The Stockard Channing Show. In 1993, Channing was nominated for an Oscar and a Golden Globe for playing Ouisa, the formidable Upper East Side matron of Six Degrees of Separation; the role had also earned her a Tony nomination when she performed it in the film's stage version. She won an Emmy (2002) as First Lady Abbey Bartlett in The West Wing. Fine condition.
