sheet, front and verso. With 6¼x3¼ initiation fee receipt carbon copy with
perforated left edge stapled at top left. 21 October 1964. Membership
form for the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists as an actress.
Susan Tracy (legal name Susan Palmosky) first appeared on Truth or
Consequences (1964) - the year she joined AFTRA. She has kept busy over the
years with her most recent appearances in 4 episodes of Doctors
(2001-2009). Going back, some of Tracy's credits are: 10 episodes of
The Stars Look Down (1975), 5 episodes of Born and Bred
(1978-1980), 3 episodes of The Diary of Anne Frank (1987), 3 episodes
of The Bill (1997-2000), and 1 episode of Lewis (2009). At the
time of this writing-Susan Tracy is still active. Lightly toned and creased.
Receipt has creases at top edge and carbon copy marks. Otherwise, fine
condition.
