Autograph sentiment signed: "Good Luck/Syd Seymour/1952", in
blue ink, 6x5¼. Syd Seymour was the leader of the comedy dance band
Syd Seymour and His Mad Hatters. A comical group of musicians, Seymour and
His Mad Hatters were featured in Just For a Song (1930) and Happy Days
Revue (1936). They were popular for their hits, "It's all OK for the
Spring" and "Melancholy Baby." Lightly toned on outer margins. Slight
creases. Left edge slightly frayed and creased. Slight, small stains scattered
across. Ink stains on verso. Otherwise, fine condition.
