Ted Schwinden (b. 1925) enlisted in the Army and served during WWII. He was elected to the Montana House of Representatives in 1958. Eighteen years later, he became the Lieutenant Governor of Montana with Thomas Lee Judge in the Governor's office. In the 1980 Democratic primary, he defeated Judge and eventually served as Governor from 1981 to 1989. Corners slightly worn. Otherwise, fine condition.
