Printed card signed in ink: "Terry Baker", 3x5 card. Terry Baker (b. 1941) was a football quarterback for Oregon State during 1960 to 1962 and a point guard for their basketball team. Throughout his collegiate football career, Baker rushed for 1502 yards and 15 touchdowns and threw 3,476 yards with 23 touchdowns. In 1962, the versatile athlete won the Heisman Trophy and played the Final Four in the NCAA Basketball Tournament. To date, he is the only person to ever accomplish this. In addition to the Heisman, he was also named Sports Illustrated "Sportsman of the Year", was appointed the Maxwell Award, and was a consensus first team All-American. In 1963, Baker was the first pick overall in the NFL draft and picked up by the Los Angeles Rams, where he played for 3 seasons, before moving to the Edmonton Eskimos of the CFL. In 1982, he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame, and later retired from sports to practice law in the state of Oregon.
