Prince Caspian is the second film in Walt Disney's big-budget series The Chronicles of Narnia, based on the fantasy novel series of the same name by C. S. Lewis. Popplewell reprised her role as Susan Pevensie from the first film in the series, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, while Barnes had the title role of swashbuckling Prince Caspian, who must defeat evil King Miraz for the throne of Narnia. POPPLEWELL, born in London, England in 1988, began acting professionally in the TV movie Frenchman's Creek (1998) and made her movie debut in the critically acclaimed 1999 adapation of Jane Austen's Mansfield Park. But most movie goers know her best as Susan Pevensie, her first starring role, in the big-budget movie series based on C. S. Lewis's The Chronicles of Narnia, which began in 2005 with The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. BARNES, born in London, England in 1981, is an English stage, TV and film actor. He was cast as Prince Caspian in The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (2008) after a London casting director caught his performance in a West End production of The History Boys. Barnes earned this plum role only two years after his TV and film debuts. No stranger to fantasy, Barnes has also appeared as Young Dunstan in Stardust (2007). Fine condition.
