B/w, 8x10 overall, image 7¼x8¼ (one surface). 20th Television publicity photograph. ©1994, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation. BUCHANANS' from Twentieth Television." Set in the fictional Mercy, Indiana, this sitcom, which aired from September 1994-April 1995, featured four daughters-in-law who had only two things in common: each had married one of the Buchanan brothers and none of them could stand their mother-in-law, Emma Buchanan (played by EILEEN HECKART), a widow and the matriarch of the family, who was known for her meddling and manipulation. Alexandria (Alex), played by JUDITH IVEY, fresh from her stint on Designing Women, a Jewish feminist from New York, was married to Roy, a school principal. Vivian, played by HARRIET SANSOME HARRIS, was a Hoosier housewife with twins who was married to Ed, the owner of a construction company. Delilah, played by BETH BRODERICK, was a former stripper from Corpus Christi, Texas who was married to Charles, a preacher. Newlywed Bree, played by CHARLOTTE ROSS, was a free spirit from California who was married to Jessee, who worked in Ed's construction company. Fine condition.
