Quarterback EARL MORRALL (1934-2014) played for six teams: San Francisco, who drafted him No. 1 (1956), Pittsburgh (1957), Detroit (1958-1964), N.Y. Giants (1965-1967), Baltimore (1968-1971) and Miami (1972-1976). As a Colt, he had the greatest year of his career in 1968 with 26 touchdown passes and 182 completed of 317 passes for a 57.4 average and 2,909 yards. Morrall led the Colts to the NFL Championship, was named MVP and won the NFL passing title. In 1972, he led the Miami Dolphins to the only undefeated season in NFL history, quarterbacking 12 of the 17 wins in the perfect season. Again, he won the AFC passing title and in 1968 he was voted MVP of the league. BOB KUECHENBERG (b. 1947) played college football at the University of Notre Dame where he was a member of the 1966 national championship team. Professionally, he played with the Miami Dolphins from 1970 through 1984 and became one of the NFL's best run-blockers. He played in more games than any other Dolphin player and was the only player to play in five Super Bowl games. The Dolphins won Super Bowls VII and VIII. In 1972, with Kuechenberg on the team, Miami completed a perfect season 17-0 with a Super Bowl victory over the Washington Redskins. MERCURY MORRIS (b. 1947) was a running back for the Miami Dolphins from 1969 to 1975. He was selected for three Pro Bowls and helped take the Dolphins to two Super Bowl victories (VII and VIII). He signs "22" for his jersey number and "17-0" for the Miami Dolphins undefeated 1972 season. Defensive tackle MANNY FERNANDEZ (b. 1946) won the 1973 NFL's Unsung Player of the Year Award for his stellar performance in Super Bowl VIII. In the previous year, he was a runner-up for the MVP of Super Bowl VII where the Dolphins became the first (and only) team have a perfect 17-0 season. He also was an All- Pro selection (1970, 1973), All- AFC in 1971 and 2nd team All-AFC (1972, 1973). Fernandez had 35 career sacks, a high number for a nose tackle, with a career-high of 8 in 1971. In 2006 USA Today named him to their All-time Super Bowl team. Some signatures slightly scuffed, but clearly legible. Helmet slightly toned. Fine condition.
