Show Bill signed: "Jules Fisher", "Herb Gardner", "William Hickey", "Charles Grodin", "Ann Wedgeworth", "Dick Van Patten", "Haywood Nelson", "Marlo Thomas", "Sudie Bond", "Irwin Corey", "David Spielberg" and two unidentified signatures. Thieves, written by Tony Award winner HERB GARDNER (1934-2003) and directed by CHARLES GRODIN (1935-2021), opened at the Broadhurst Theatre on April 7, 1974 and closed at the Longacre Theatre on January 4, 1975. Drama Desk Award nominee SUDIE BOND (1928-1984) played Street Lady, MARLO THOMAS (b. 1937) played Sally Cramer, IRWIN COREY (1912-2017) played Joe Kaminsky, WILLIAM HICKEY (1928-1997) played Johnny MacDonald, Tony Award winner ANN WEDGEWORTH (1935-2017) played Nancy, DICK VAN PATTEN (1928-2015) played Charlie, HAYWOOD NELSON played Carlton Danfield 2nd, DAVID SPIELBERG played Gordon and eight-time Tony Award winner JULES FISHER did lighting design for the show.
