Special Mets cancellation of a 32-cent US flag stamp. American baseball player Tim Bogar was born on October 28, 1966 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He played in the Major Leagues for nine seasons with the New York Mets (1993-1996), Houston Astros (1997-2000) and Los Angeles Dodgers (2001). An infielder, his career statistics include a .228 batting average, .978 fielding percentage and 161 RBI's. He later managed minor league teams for the Houston Astros and Cleveland Indians organizations. Fine condition.
