Sincerely," Reid has appeared in several TV series, including WKRP in Cincinnati (as DJ "Venus Flytrap", 1978-1982), Simon and Simon (as Lt. "Downtown" Brown, 1981-1988) and Sister, Sister (1994-1999). He starred in two short-lived series, Frank's Place and Snoops, with his wife, Daphne Maxwell Reid. He formed United Image Entertainment to produce works projecting a more positive image of African Americans than often prevails on screen. Among its products was the critically acclaimed Once Upon a Time ... When We Were Colored (1996), which was also his debut as a director. Fold creases not near signature. Fine condition.
