Signature: "Timothy/ Nolen" 5x3. Timothy Nolen (b. 1941) is an actor and operatic baritone. In 1984, he appeared in the title role of the first operatic staging of Stephen Sondheim's Sweeney Todd at the Houston Grand Opera. He once again portrayed the murderous barber in 1993 during a run held at the famed Marriott Theatre in Chicago, and for this staging he was nominated for a Joseph Jefferson Award. More recently he has continued to appear in presentations of the opera, but in the role of Judge Turpin instead. In addition to his prolific stage career, Nolen also made a number of minor TV appearances on shows such as Guiding Light and The Sopranos (1999). Lightly toned. Otherwise, fine condition.
