Shakespeare Festival Public Theater. DAVID HAIG (b. 1955) is a British Olivier
Award-winning stage and film actor. Most of his stage roles occurred in his native United
Kingdom, but he did appear on Broadway credit in the 1998 play Art. He has acted on
London's West End for over 20 years, and his role in Mary Poppins lead to an Olivier
Award nomination. He has played many minor roles in films and on the small screen, one of
the most memorable being his portray of Rudyard Kipling in the screen-adapted My Boy Jack
(2007), a play Haig originally wrote in 1997. JULIE COVINGTON (b. 1947) is a stage and
screen actress known for her rendition of the Evita song "Don't Cry for Me, Argentina"
that reached the top of the UK charts in 1976. Her career in theatre and film has spanned
several decades, but she remains the most famous for her 1976 hit. Frequently cast as a blue
blood and/or intellectual (The Paper Chase, 1973; The Emperor's Club, 2002), Edward
Herrmann (1943-2014) also hosted and narrated several historical documentaries for the
History Channel and the Arts and Entertainment Network. Cast as Franklin Roosevelt in
both a TV movie (Eleanor and Franklin, 1976-1977) and a stage musical (Annie, 1982),
Herrmann showed his versatility by learning to throw and hit left-handed for the TV movie A
Love Affair: The Eleanor and Lou Gehrig Story (1977). His many TV appearances have
included a regular role on The Gilmore Girls (2000-2007) and a recurring role on The
Good Wife from 2010 to 2013. MARGARET TYZACK (1931-2011) was a British actress
known for her classical stage roles and Shakespearean theatre work. She received a Tony
Award for her performance in Lettice and Lovage (1990). She also received an Olivier
Award for her performance in a 1982 revival of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf. She has
appeared in over 80 movie and TV titles, most notably as Elena in 2001: A Space Odyssey
(1968). RICHARD BUTLER is a stage actor who merits further research. MICHELE
COPSEY is an actress who appeared in several films including Hidden City (1987) and
Closing Numbers (1993). She has also guest starred in shows such as A Traveller in Time
(1978) and on the mini-series Touch and Go (1978). Lightly toned. Otherwise, fine
