Check endorsed "For deposit only/Tom Bosley" in blue ink. 7x3 with perforated top and left edges. Dated Feb. 20, 1973. Check no. 36664 for $35.51, made out to Bosley and drawn from the account of Abrams-Rubaloff & Associates, Inc. at the head office of City National Bank in Beverly Hills, California. Bosley appeared in a number of TV shows in 1973, including Streets of San Francisco, Love, American Style, Maude, Medical Center and McMillan & Wife. He also appeared as Judge Harper in the TV movie remake of Miracle on 34th Street. Probably his most well-known TV role - Howard Cunningham of Happy Days - was still a year in the future. Stage, screen and television actor Tom Bosley (born in 1927) is best known to TV audiences for his Emmy Award-nominated role as Howard Cunningham on the hit TV series, Happy Days, which aired on ABC from 1974-1984 and was in the Nielsen "Top 20" for six seasons. Bosley also starred in The Father Dowling Mysteries (1989-1991) and narrated the syndicated series, That's Hollywood (1977-1981), and he has appeared in numerous made-for-TV movies and made guest appeareances on a long list of TV shows. After making his film debut in 1963's Love With the Proper Stranger, Bosley appeared in several other feature films, including Yours, Mine and Ours (1968), Gus (1976) and The Fallen Ones (2005). Bosley, who won the 1960 Tony Award for Fiorello, also originated the role of Belle's father in the Broadway production of Beauty and the Beast (1994). Normal bank stamps, with touch endorsement.
