In full: "The undersigned hereby consents to the restricted use by The Conde Nast Publications, Inc. of Tom Cruise's name and photograph to be used only on the December, 1988 cover of G.Q. as well as to the use by The Conde Nast Publications, Inc. of the photographs of Tom Cruise taken by Herb Ritts on September 13, 1988 only as an accompaniment to the article about Mr. Cruise to appear in the December 1988 issue of G.Q. Other than as specifically set forth herein, no other use of the name, photograph, likeness of Tom Cruise may be made without the undersigned's prior written consent, including without limitation, the reproduction of Mr. Cruise's likeness in connection with the advertising of the promotion G.Q. or the licensing for any use of the aforesaid likenesses to any third party."
