TOMMY CASH
The country musician signs a black and white photograph to a fan as "Your friend"
Inscribed printed photograph signed in ink: "To Larry/Your friend/Tommy Cash", in blue ink,
B/w 8x10¼. Tommy Cash (1940-2024), younger brother to country and rock legend
Johnny Cash, is a musician in his own right, beginning his career in music while working as disc
jockey in the US Army. After leaving the army, Cash played with Hank Williams, Jr., later
earning a record deal with Musicor Records. Despite a number of successful singles,
including "Six White Horses", "One Song Away", and "I Recall a Gypsy Woman",
Cash has not reached the same level of fame as his brother, but he still does continue to record
and perform in addition to his career as a real estate agent. Corners slightly worn. Small dent on
bottom left edge. Light surface creases. Stains on verso (no show through). Ink notes (unknown
hand) on verso. Otherwise, fine condition.
