Tony Dow is best known for his role as clean-cut, wiser older brother Wally Cleaver on the TV family sitcom, Leave It To Beaver, which ran from 1957-1963 and became even more popular in reruns. Dow, who also starred in a short-lived series, Never Too Young (1965), made his last feature film appearance in 1987 in Back to the Beach. He later became a producer and director, directing the feature film U.F.O. (1984) and episodes of TV series, including Babylon 5 (1994), and produced It Came from Outer Space II (1996).
