Separate stills from Torch Song Trilogy (1988), Bancroft shown alone; Broderick with Harvey Fierstein. ANNE BANCROFT (1931-2005) won the 1958 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Drama, Featured or Supporting in Two for the Seesaw and the 1960 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Drama for her portrayal of Anne Sullivan in The Miracle Worker. Reprising her role in the film version of The Miracle Worker, she won the 1963 Academy Award for Best Actress. Bancroft was also nominated for Academy Awards for Best Actress in 1965 (The Pumpkin Eater), 1968 (Mrs. Robinson in The Graduate), 1978 (The Turning Point) and 1986 (Agnes of God). She was nominated for the 1978 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play for her performance as Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir in Golda. Nominated for six Emmys, Bancroft won the 1970 Emmy Award for Outstanding Variety or Musical Performance for her performance in Annie, the Women in the Life of a Man and the 1999 Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie (Deep In My Heart). She was nominated in 2003 for her role as Contessa in The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone. Oscar, Tony and Emmy Award-winner Anne Bancroft and Oscar, Tony, Emmy and Grammy Award-winner Mel Brooks were married from 1964 until her death. MATTHEW BRODERICK (b. 1962) found success on Broadway before making his film debut in WarGames in 1983, which happened to be same year he won the Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Play for Brighton Beach Memoirs. He also happened to win the Theatre World Award for the previously mentioned performance. Broderick would go on to win another Tony in 1985 for How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and be nominated in 2001 for The Producers. Known for his boyish good looks, Broderick became a bona fide film star thanks to Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986), and he has since appeared in films such as Glory (1989), The Lion King (1994), Inspector Gadget (1999), and You Can Count on Me (2000). He has been married to actress Sarah Jessica Parker since 1997. Fine condition.
