(b. 1947) performed the New York's Public Theatre and in many off-off-Broadway plays
before entering film in the early 1970s. He boasts 165 screen credits through early 2013.
Walter, who specializes in playing seedy characters, had recurring roles on Best of the West,
The Bronx Zoo, Nash Bridges, Reno 911! and the mini-series On the Air. His feature film
appearances include Conan- The Destroyer, Raggedy Man, Goin' South Married to the Mob,
The Two Jakes and Independence Day. Among his most recent credits are an episode of
Southland, and the feature film Savannah! Walter delights in the many viewers who see him
on screen and remark, "There's what's his name!" His performance in Repo Man earned
him a Best Supporting Actor Award from the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy, and
Horror Films. Fine condition.
