Document signed: "Treva Frazee", 1 page, 8½x11. Hollywood, California, 1964 November 2. Frazee signs a television day players contract with Selmur Productions to provide a telephone operator's voice in a production titled "Honest Injun," paid $150 per day. Treva Frazee appeared in TV supporting roles, beginning in 1949, including many of the playhouses of the 1950s and the series Martin Kane, Private Eye (1951) and The Honeymooners (1956). After an absence of more than a decade, she returned to the screen, appearing in small parts into the 1980s (a landlady on The Waltons, a waitress on Hardcastle and McCormick (1985). Creased and worn at corners. Right edge toned and soiled. Otherwise, fine condition.
