Program inscribed and signed: "To/John/Uri Geller", 4 pages (integral leaf), 6x8½. Program for his appearance at Mesa Community College [Phoenix, Arizona], October 22, 1976. Signed in red ink on his printed biography inside the program. Uri Geller,born in 1946 in what was then British Palestine, is a self-proclaimed psychic who performs tricks of telepathy and telekinesis, most famously the bending of spoons. Although some scientists claim that his abilities are worthy of further study, a greater number of critics claim that Geller uses standard magic tricks to feign paranormal powers. Geller, a frequent TV guest, has hosted TV reality shows in several countries to identify a successor with his powers. Geller is the author of 16 fiction and nonfiction books. He was wounded in action during Israel's Six Day War of 1967. Fine condition.
