Signed on card with 3¾x2¼ visible. Matted to 10¾x13¾ with unsigned color photo (7¼x8¾ visible). Photo is captioned: "valerie/miss perrine is out of this/world in the film version/of kurt vonnegut, jr.'s/'slaughterhouse-five'". Aspiring psychologist turned Vegas showgirl Perrine, born in Galveston, Texas in 1943, made her film debut as Montana Wildhack in Slaughterhouse Five (1972). She garnered several screen awards - and a Best Supporting Actress Oscar nomination - for Lenny (1974). She also portrayed Carlotta Monti, the longtime mistress of comedian W.C. Fields, in W. C. Fields and Me (1976). Perrine's acting career continues with many film supporting roles and TV guest appearances. Not matted in Gallery of History style. Not examined outside matte. Plastic covering card and photo are lightly soiled and scuffed. Edges and corners are lightly worn and creased. Tape remnants and paper loss on verso (no show-through). Otherwise, fine condition.
