Original Art, unsigned, 5½x8½. On his personal letterhead, from
Sanderson, California, Lockman has made an original pencil drawing of a "Huey,
Dewey and Louie Number Stumper", a version of which he made for a 1973 edition
of the Disney Digest. Artist Vic Lockman was a successful
cartoonist for the Disney Company, originating the Disney characters
Newton Gearloose and Moby Duck in 1960. He left Disney to produce his own
children's books, many of them focused on Christian themes. Lightly creased.
