Autograph letter signed: "Victoria Page" in blue ink. 2 pages, 7x10 card and 8½x11 paper. Original mailing envelope included. June 11, 1979. New York City, New York. Addressed to Forsythe Productions in New York City. In full: "You know what? I was in a good mood the entire time I was working on Miss Hammer. You made the auditioning process fun. Theatre can be so great - so fun & exciting. I'll never understand why everyone doesn't think so. And you know what else? You are a delight! A refreshing, enlightened delight. Thank you for your interest and encouragement. I would like very much to work for you. In the meantime, I should be happy to audition for you anytime. Mr. Forsythe, your instincts about Earl are exactly right. When you do work with Earl, you'll find he brings a fabulously imaginative creativity to whatever he does; plus his performance energy AND honesty are enormous. The icing on the cake is that he is utterly reliable and agreeable. If we were disappointed about not being able to work on Impossible Years, we were optimistic about how you auditioned us. Please let me thank you once again for you kindness and interest. It was jolly nice meeting you, Sincerely". Victoria Page was a stage and film actress, best known for her role in Stardust Memories (1980). Normal mailing folds. Toned. Corners rounded. Light surface creases. Otherwise, fine condition.
