A master of the horror genre, PRICE (1911-1993, born Vincent Leonard Price, Jr. in St. Louis, Missouri) was an American actor with over 170 films and TV shows to his credit between 1938 and 1993. He starred in such other spine-tingling films as House of Wax (1953), The Fly (1958), The Fall of the House of Usher (1960), The Pit and the Pendulum (1961) and The Abominable Dr. Phibes (1971). The actor, also a veteran of Broadway, stage and serious films, was also a noted art expert and collector. Price frequently lectured on art and published several books on the subject. TERRY (1911-1985, born in Red Level, Alabama) was an American doctor and Surgeon General of the United States from 1961 to 1965. He's probably best known for warning that smoking is a health hazard, which he issued in 1964. This warning linked lung cancer and chronic bronchitis to cigarette smoking. This warning was responsible for the Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act of 1965 which mandated, among other things, the now-famous Surgeon General's Health Warnings on cigarette packages. Lightly toned and creased. Neatly torn from album or pad on one side. Otherwise, fine condition.
