The Cabinet official under two Presidents signed this black and white photograph that features a large white border around it
Photograph Signed: “Willard Wirtz”. 8x10. Actual image 5x6½ with a thick white border (one surface). W. Willard Wirtz (1912-2010) served as Secretary of Labor under Presidents John F.
