Contract signed: "Wally Berns" and initialed "W.B" in black ink, 1p, 8½x11. No place, 1973 December 10. Standard day players contract with Tomorrow Ent. Inc. for Berns' appearance as an umpire in the production I Love You Goodbye for $138 per day. I Love You Goodbye, a made for TV movie starring Hope Lange and Earl Holliman, originally aired on February 12, 1974. Actor Wally K. Berns (1929-1991), who was sometimes credited as Waldo K. Berns, appeared in a number of feature films, including The Day of the Locust (1975), The Apple Dumpling Gang (1975), The Happy Hooker Goes to Washington (1977), The Cheap Detective (1978), Raging Bull (1980), The Devil and Max Devlin (1981), and The Killing Zone (1991, his last film). He also made guest appearances in several TV shows, including Combat! in 1965 and 1967, The Incredible Hulk in 1978, and Murder, She Wrote in 1985. Slightly soiled.
