His article, “Human Life - Embedded in the Order of Nature and the Spirit” was featured in Volume 3, 1975 Number 4 of the Roche company's internal magazine: Hexagon. Walter Heinrich Heitler (1904-1981) is a theoretical physicist known for his contributions to both quantum field theory and valence bonding. His major contribution to the field of physics, The Quantum Theory of Radiation, was published in 1936. Heitler held esteemed positions at the Dublin Institute from Advanced Studies and the University of Leiden, and eventually became Professor Emeritus of Theoretical Physics at the University of Zurich, Switzerland.
