Vintage photograph of the popular American actor who appeared in
films from 1916 to 1953
Photograph Signed: "Sincerely yours/Walter McGrail". B/w with
sepia tone, 8x10. American actor Walter McGrail (1888-1970) had an
extensive acting career, totaling 157 acting credits in his 40 years in the
business. His most known films include Man Crazy (1927),
Confessions of a Wife (1928) Women Everywhere (1930)
and Billy the Kid Outlawed (1940). While he was more known for
films, he appeared in theatrical plays on Fireside Theatre in the early
1950s. His last on screen appearance came in 1953 on The Cisco Kid. Ink
note (unknown hand) on verso (no show through). Corners missing. Edges worn,
toned. Creased. Otherwise, fine condition.
