corner. Wendell Young (b.1963) is a retired professional ice hockey
goaltender who, as of 2009, became the general manager of the Chicago Wolves
(AHL). In the NHL, Young played for the Vancouver Canucks,
Philadelphia Flyers, Pittsburgh Penguins and Tampa Bay
Lightning between 1985 and 1995. While he retired from the NHL at the end of
the 1994-1995 season, Young continued to play in the IHL for the Chicago Wolves
until 2002, winning two Turner Cups. He is the only player to have won a
Memorial Cup (Kitchener Rangers;1982), a Calder Cup (Hershey
Bears;1988), a Turner Cup (Chicago Wolves;1998, 2000), and a Stanley
Cup (Penguins;1991,1992). In the NHL, Young played 187 games with 59 wins
and 86 losses. Irregularly cropped around edges. Lightly toned. Otherwise, fine
condition.
