Multi-talented Wesley Barry (1907-1994) was an actor, director, producer and
screenwriter. After making his film debut as a child actor in Rebecca of
Sunnybrook Farm (1917), Barry was featured in a long list of both silent
films (Daddy Long Legs, 1919; The Country Kid, 1923) and
"talkies", appearing in his last film, Ladies' Day, in 1943. From the
1940s until 1964, he directed and/or produced a number of "B" films,
including Westerns and science fiction features (The Creation of the
Humanoids, 1962). Barry was also the producer and director of the TV
series, Wild Bill Hickok (1951-1958). Fine
condition.
