Actor and dancer DAN DAILEY (1913-1978) moved from vaudeville to Broadway (Babes in Arms, 1937) to Hollywood. Recipient of a Best Actor Oscar nomination for When My Baby Smiles at Me (1948), he also appeared in such films as Meet Me at the Fair (1952), The Pride of St. Louis (as pitcher Dizzy Dean, 1952) and It's Always Fair Weather (1955). Dailey also appeared on television in such series as The Governor and J.J. (1969). French leading ladyCORINNE CALVET (1925-2001) first began her entertainment career in plays and radio before moving to film, appearing in European films from 1946 and in several English language movies of the 1950s, including What Price Glory (1952) and The Far Country (1955). She retired from acting in 1982, making her last film appearance in the fantasy film The Sword and the Sorcerer. Corners slightly worn and creased. Slightly toned. Edges lightly worn and creased.
