Cohen had served as Congressman (1973-1979) and Senator (1979-1997) from Maine when he became Clinton's Secretary of Defense (1997-2001). As a member of the House Judiciary Committee, in 1974, he voted to send two articles of impeachment of President Nixon to the full House of Representatives. Lightly creased.
