William Huston Natcher (1909-1994) was a Democratic congressmen, representing Kentucky, who served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1953 to 1994. The Congressional record holder for most consecutive roll-call votes in history (18,401), Natcher is regarded as a dedicated and selfless congressional leader who was dependable for all crucial matters in the House, including running the chairman position for the House Appropriations Committee (1993-1994) and serving as the presiding officer during important debates. For his extensive reconstruction of highways, bridges and parks in his home state, Kentucky remembered Natcher's legacy by honoring a bridge and the William H.
