She signed this autograph note on November 25, 1932.
Autograph Note signed: "To Mrs. Canfield/With sincere/good wishes -/Wynne Gibson/Nov 25, 1932", 1p, 4x5¾. Winifred "Wynne" Gibson (1898-1987) appeared in about 50 films of the 1930s and 1940s, typically cast as a brassy - often shady - blonde: prostitute, barfly, murderer, or "other woman." Her first starring role was in June Moon (1931), her last in Mystery Broadcast (1943). Following her acting days she became a successful talent agent. Jagged at left edge from removal from bound book. Lightly toned. Otherwise, fine condition.
