Dinah! (#1170) on the same date. He is to be paid $371.75 plus 10% for
the first broadcast and on a sliding scale thereafter. Bobby Van (1930-1980)
appeared in several musical comedy films of the early 1950s, including
Skirts Ahoy (1952), Small Town Girl and Kiss Me Kate
(1953). After musicals declined in popularity, he appeared mostly in B
movies like The Navy vs the Night Monsters (1965). Van was a
successful nightclub performer, often as Mickey Rooney's partner, and
hosted the game show Make Me Laugh. Lightly creased at upper and
lower edges. Minor nicks at upper and right edges. Overall, fine
condition.
