Md.", 5½x3¾, affixed to 6¼x4¼ sheet. On stationery of
The Algonquin, St. Andrews, New Brunswick, Canada. Bonaparte
was Theodore Roosevelt's Secretary of the Navy (1905-1906) and Attorney General
(1906-1909). He was the grandson of Jérôme, King of
Westphalia, youngest brother of Emperor Napoléon. Tape stains show through at
four corners from mounting, lightly soiled, else fine.
